Jason,
a great product, I already have a 600 lid and love it.
Could you publish the inside cup diameters that the lids are designed for?
I have other pots that by eye look pretty close to the 700 and 900 lids. I'd like to determine if other lids would be usable.
Traditional pot lid, can not prevent the occurrence of most steam. Is only prevented from escaping into the atmosphere just a little.
OTOSHI-BUTA use in Japanese cuisine. It will reduce significantly the amount of steam generated. At the same time inside the insulation. Improve the thermal efficiency.
To carry on what you do not splash the pot storage will cover the traditional best.

Hi Jason!
Any plans for the 450 mug size?
Anders
Hi Anders,
At this point, I can't even keep the 600, 700 and 900 lids in stock so I won't be able to add any new models. But I have had a few people ask me for the 450 lids so I would like to offer them in the near future. I'll keep everyone posted on this blog.
Yukio,
Thanks for the video. Do you have any experiments showing the boil time of the silicone lid compared to a traditional lid? I'd like to know how much the silicone lid improves boil time.
