Thanks for your review. I would have been good if you did a side by side with a stander strike anywhere match that could be stored in a waterproof container.... You know just see how they stack up against each other.

Going to REI today - you got me thinking - my matches are about the oldest thing in my pack. Wouldn't hurt to replace them....

Looks like the marine survival matches that used to be available at Sportsmansguidedotcom.
Besides strikeanywheres stashed aroundmy pack I also carry a Triox tabs or two. A small piece will start wet wood.
